Believers and Disciples 2

Jesus said, ...go and make disciples of all nations. What did he mean by the word disciple? How does one make disciples? Why didn't he use the word converts or the word believers (make converts of all nations, or make believers of all nations)? Are all converts also disciples? Are all believers also disciples?
