Driving Away

The other afternoon I was sitting in the shade in the side yard as one of my three left the driveway to go to work. Only a parent can know the feeling you get when you look at a child who is blooming and blossoming into a likable and loving young adult. It occurred to me that that might be how God feels when he looks at one of us, despite our shortcomings, as we are growing in the likeness of Christ.
